WV Restore offers Fit to Perform trainings for facilities quarterly in the state as well as at the Annual Conference. We also provide facilitator and evaluator trainings annually during the conference as well as general CEs on the Restore program on an as needed basis upon request. To schedule a training use the contact form on this site or simply call WV Restore at the number below.
We also have Continuing education on SUD disorder available for online CE credit, as well as downloadable information for nurses and nurse managers. The online CEs just require a quick registration through Affinityehealth.
To access the online CE "Save a Life, Save a Career" CE module,

. You will be directed to a page and after a short registration process you will be able to access the module.

Click the link above to register(one time only). The link for education is at the bottom of the welcome paragraph on the left hand side of the screen as shown HERE:
Make sure and fill out all the tabs on the affinity page: basic info/contact/login details.
You will be directed back to the login page to use your new submitted credentials to login.
Log in (as many times as you want). Remember to write down your user name and password.
Access course by clicking “My Learning”
If after completing the course it does not list as completed and give you the option to print your certificate, try hitting refresh or log out and then back into affinity.
If you log out before completing to get back to the affinity login screen to complete simply click the link for the CE at the top of this page.
